Carl has significant experience leading consulting, customer experience, technology, and consumer intelligence teams in developing strategic roadmaps, designing platforms, and building digital products for Fortune 500 clients, delivering millions in business impact.
As co-lead of our Digital Transformation practice, Carl is responsible for delivering digital transformation knowledge transfer sessions and serves as digital liaison for our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer & Industrial Products verticals.
Carl joined West Monroe from Publicis Sapient, where he was director of strategy and consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
What makes Carl different
After his wife and daughter, Carl’s greatest joy is being outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing, and skijoring (a sport in which the skier is pulled by a horse, a dog, or a motor vehicle). He recently competed in his second Skijor race, the 2020 Loppet.
Where Carl makes an impact
Carl is a board alumnus of MIMA (Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association) and is involved with the NDMN (Notre Dame Club of MN) association. He volunteers as a startup mentor with Gener8tor Minnesota, is a coach for FIRST LEGO League and CoderDojo Twin Cities, teaching youth to create digital things.
