Burke has successfully implemented Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino Loan Origination, and nCino Treasury Management solutions. He also has experience in commercial lending origination process improvement, mortgage lending, and FinTech strategy. Burke has a unique ability to see technology through the lens of the user.

In deploying the nCino Loan Origination solution, he helped clients improve the client and employee lending experience. Burke has led multiple transformation technology efforts, resulting in increased profitability (17% reduction in operating costs and 19% increase in revenue) and improved efficiency (22% increase in staff efficiency).

Prior to joining West Monroe, Burke worked with Accenture’s Financial Services practice, helping top U.S. banks maximize efficiency by redefining roles and responsibilities within the lending process.
