Bob applies his vast business and IT consulting experience to best advise clients on how to create value and reduce revenue leakage. He led an ERP implementation that created $3 million in cost savings in the first year.
Bob’s broad CPG expertise spans process and discrete manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, consumer goods, packaging, and secondary consumer data. His project background includes high-impact initiatives such as enterprise software selection and implementation, business processes re-engineering, platform strategy, data analytics, and IT optimization operations assessments.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Bob led a smaller consulting firm’s Consumer Products Manufacturing practice. He has a bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University and an MBA from Dominican University.
Outside of work, Bob and his wife stay active by walking and biking along lakefronts and forest trails near their home in Chicago’s western suburbs. For the past six years, Bob has completed an annual 26.5-mile walk around Wisconsin’s Lake Geneva. He is excited to continue this healthy tradition for years to come.
Bob and his wife are volunteer mentors with Birds in my Neighborhood®, a popular nature appreciation program. He also volunteers as chairperson of his hometown’s Planning and Zoning group, a role which draws on his professional experience.
