An experienced strategy and operations consulting executive, Bill combines a background in engineering with extensive manufacturing insights to help clients succeed. He directed a performance turnaround for a chemical client that resulted in a 24% improvement in capacity while reducing unit OPEX by 20%. He also led a profitability transformation for an oil company’s global lubricant business that reduced COGS by over $70 million.
Bill’s mantra is “know your numbers.” This foundational focus on value informs every aspect of his work, including his leadership of our Consumer & Industrial Products approach. In this role, he “connects the dots” with team members and fosters collaboration across practices to find the best solution for our clients.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Bill was a consultant and vice president with Evolve Partners. He has a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. He is a certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bill is a history buff and enjoys traveling with family, planning eclectic trips that often combine beaches, battlefields, museums, and theme parks. Through a combination of work and pleasure, Bill has visited 49 states and traveled to six continents. Cape Town, South Africa is a favorite.
Bill is a Chick Evans Scholar alumnus and a longstanding member of the Western Golf Association’s Par Club/Evans Scholar Foundation, which has been providing full tuition and housing scholarships for deserving caddies since 1930.
