As an accomplished healthcare consultant, Andrew brings his clients a strong track record of guiding their organizations through complex changes. Recently, he led a program for a major healthcare payer that resulted in a 40% increase in provider engagement scores. He also worked to reduce paper transactions by 30% in less than 12 months, creating $20 million+ in annual savings. Bringing a candid perspective and attention to detail, Andrew provides his healthcare clients with the guidance they need to be successful.
Andrew helped build the consulting team in Minneapolis from just a two-person department to more than 20 consultants. His attention to detail and candid perspective makes him an integral part of the organization and a valued mentor to his advisees.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Andrew was a healthcare strategy and operations lead for Slalom Consulting and a manager in the Healthcare practice of Huron, one of the largest healthcare consulting firms in the country. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bethel University and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
What makes Andrew different
Andrew’s commitment to excellence has been a part of his life far before joining the West Monroe team. A college athlete, he played golf for his school and still plays competitively today. His time is at a premium, though, as he and his wife live with three young kids in Minneapolis. The family loves to travel, cook, explore new restaurants, and spend time on the lake in the summer.
Where Andrew makes an impact
Andrew is a founding member Bethel Business Alumni Mentorship Program. He also leads multiple pro-bono projects each year, with a focus on giving back to local healthcare organizations.
