Adam has provided leadership throughout the lifecycle of his clients’ largest and most strategic projects. He’s able to do so thanks to his 20 years of experience as a consultant and advisor to leading integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, health systems, and physician groups.
His projects have been recognized as top performers, including one of the top five implementations across all Epic clients.
Adam’s approach with clients and team members is grounded in empathy and trust. He also tries to bring a sense of fun to even his most difficult and demanding projects.
Adam joined West Monroe in 2019 after working as the Advocate Aurora Health revenue cycle project director with Leidos Health. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
With four young kids and a dog, Adam enjoys spending as much of his time as possible bringing them to sporting events and the dog park – when the weather permits in the Chicago suburbs. Adam played baseball in college, and he and his family are big fans of the Chicago Cubs. He and his wife have three sons and were thrilled when their daughter was born the same day the Cubs won the 2016 World Series.
Adam is a project management professional with the Project Management Institute. He also believes in mentorship and has built programs to do so at past employers.
