John is passionate about helping our manufacturing clients reduce their cost of goods sold by mining their greatest untapped asset: data. Specifically, he examines the data from their production technology to improve OEE as well as leverages our cost-to-serve model to help clients focus their attention on the most profitable customers.In John’s opinion, people are always at the heart of any business. That is how organizations thrive, which is why he educates clients how to lead their employees through the transformation of becoming a data-driven company. On his own team, he enjoys driving internal collaboration to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
He joined West Monroe in 2018 from Point B, where he was a client director.
Music is a big part of John’s life outside of work as both a performer and an audience member. He lives in Chicago and recently discovered the joy of camping during the months when it is possible in the Midwest. John is also the father of two sons. Goal-oriented even in his hobbies, John achieved his goal of finishing the Chicago Marathon in less than 4 hours and immediately vowed to never run a marathon again.
John sits on the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) - Manufacturing Leadership Council. He is a strong communicator and focuses internally on ensuring everyone on his team is aligned on the roles and goals of any given project.
