TOLA Executive Panel: Challenges to Re-Entry and Long-Term Impacts of COVID-19

When the COVID-19 crisis struck in March, West Monroe polled 150 C-level leaders to gauge their immediate reactions, what challenges their businesses are facing, and the primary investment areas for 2021. It was clear that TOLA executives were more optimistic and had a different set of priorities than their regional colleagues, changing the way they do business.

Over 80% of respondents in the south are more concerned than any other region with keeping “business decisions in line with its corporate values, despite the current landscape”. However, TOLA executives are also more concerned with “burning through cash reserves” than any other region.

Join TOLA executives virtually as they discuss the unique findings from West Monroe's most recent quarterly C-suite poll that shows our regional leaders are thinking about a post-pandemic world differently.

Our distinguished colleagues and West Monroe leaders will address the following questions during the panel:

  • How sustainable, permanent, or far reaching are the changes companies have had to make during the last few months?
  • Will these changes result in a fundamental shift in the way companies engage with customers, employees, and communities?
  • How are companies adapting their business strategies?
  • What are companies prioritizing first?
