Kaumil is a senior partner in the West Monroe Product Experience & Engineering practice and a national leader of our digital workplace and modern systems integration offerings. He partners with organizations to establish strategy, capabilities, and tailored experiences that help his clients to power intelligent and adaptive digital workplaces. Kaumil leads teams to deliver customer experiences, create business agility, and deliver innovation faster for clients through modern system integrations implementations leveraging cloud integration (iPaaS) platforms.
In partnership with Con Edison, one of the nation's largest investor-owned energy delivery companies, Kaumil led the implementation of an award-winning intranet-based digital workplace for 15,000 utility employees. Leveraging West Monroe’s Intellio® Connect, Kaumil led the implementation of a digital solution to automate processes, reduce waste and increase productivity for a leading energy provider. This resulted in energy provider processing twice the number of distributed energy resources interconnection applications in half the time while increasing interconnection processing throughput by an average of 300%.
Kaumil joined West Monroe in 2006 from Oncontact Software Corporation, where he was focused on a leading customer relationship management application. He has a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Chartered Accountant professional certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
