Women's Leadership Network
The Women’s Leadership Network is an employee resource group that helps women thrive at West Monroe. We work with the entire firm to achieve gender parity and an employee base of women that is reflective of the communities and clients we serve. The network focuses on fostering an inclusive culture by enhancing recruitment, retention, and professional development for women.
Being an ERG Executive Sponsor is very important to me as it is another avenue to help foster inclusive leadership and provide a meaningful way to identify, understand and support the needs of women in consulting at West Monroe. Ultimately, as a leader, WLN provides a forum for me to learn firsthand about the experiences and challenges specific to the women in consulting enabling me to be a better, more authentic leader.
