West Monroe has been recognized as one of “Washington’s Best Workplaces” by Puget Sound Business Journal for the seventh year in a row. The firm was ranked 3 out of 25 companies in its category.

"This year has been full of unexpected challenges, so we prioritized supporting our people and continuing to add value for our clients”, said Brian Paulen, managing director and head of the firm’s Seattle office

We have a very dedicated group of employees that put in the hard work, enthusiasm, and effort associated with maintaining our people-first Seattle culture. I’m also proud that our investment in the Seattle community hasn’t wavered—we continue to volunteer with and raise funds for those organizations that give back to those with the greatest needs given everything going on in 2020. Those activities look a little different this year, but our team is nimble and passionate.

Virtual happy hours, fundraisers and workout sessions help everyone stay connected as the entire West Monroe staff has been working from home since March. Protecting employees mental and physical well-being during the pandemic has been paramount to the firm nationwide.

West Monroe’s Seattle office has over 100 employees and serves more than 40 clients across the Pacific Northwest in key industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, and technology.

We thank the Puget Sound Business Journal for recognizing West Monroe this year. The final rankings were revealed at the Washington's Best Workplaces virtual event on August 27 and published in the August 28 print edition.

The publication surveyed hundreds of nominated businesses in the region, ultimately honoring 100 finalists in one of four size categories: 10 to 49 full-time employees, 50 to 99 full-time employees, 100 to 249 full-time employees and more than 250 full-time employees in Washington state.
