Will Wu is a recognized leader in delivering customer strategy and customer management solutions and a subject matter expert on cloud-based solutions. He brings significant value to his clients through effective strategy development, team management, risk mitigation, thought leadership, and detailed and comprehensive business process definition, as well as continuous and open communication that facilitates organizational change.
Will helps clients navigate complex, multi-phase programs by developing strategic roadmaps and business cases, assessing and prioritizing capabilities, designing more efficient business processes, and delivering new technology to support those processes. His skills in establishing effective program governance and management structures are essential to managing project risks and balancing competing organizational priorities.
Over the course of his career, Will has developed a deep understanding of enterprise-wide solutions, including both on-premise and Software as a Service (Saas) CRM applications. His business knowledge spans all facets of customer relationship management, including sales force automation, marketing, partner relationship management, and contact centers. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients, both domestically and globally, in the high-tech, life sciences, and financial services industries.
In addition to working with clients, Will is responsible for developing and expanding West Monroe’s presence across San Francisco and Northern California. He has guided the office’s diversification of talent and capabilities to include the spectrum of West Monroe’s offerings. The office has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources.
Will joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Etherios, a division of Digi International (DGII). As President, he led Etherios through a variety of transitions in growth and strategic direction and led the transaction and integration into West Monroe’s operations. During his time at Etherios, he was responsible for all aspects of the business, including sales and delivery of CRM and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. He also was responsible for creating methodologies and knowledge capital, managing resources effectively, and developing client relationships.
Prior to joining Etherios, Will was part of the leadership team of a global professional services firm. Will earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Political Science from Duke University. He is a member of the board of directors of the San Francisco chapter of Camp Kesem, a national organization that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer.
