With a credit and lending background and keen focus on strategy and change management, Ragan White helps clients address business process problems and pursue opportunities. Her unique blend of operations and technology experience, combined with extensive working knowledge of the banking landscape, enables her to lead strategic decision making and implementation efforts with efficiency and experience.
Ragan’s diverse industry experience includes commercial and consumer lending, credit analysis and underwriting, and credit portfolio management. As a certified Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma methodology, she helps clients develop scalable and efficient practices that drive operational quality. She has led workstreams within merger integration program management offices (PMOs); completed numerous technology vendor assessments and implementation projects; guided change management efforts; and developed strategies and roadmaps for multiple financial institutions.
One of the greatest strengths Ragan brings to her work is her ability to prepare organizations for change and the help them manage through complex transformation. For example, her recent projects have included leading the cloud transformation program within a $20B financial institution, managing the selection and implementation of a CRE loan origination system, and managing the development of a bank’s marketing and technology strategy.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2013, Ragan worked in the commercial and community banking fields, including roles at Seattle Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, and First Tennessee Bank.
Ragan earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
