In this capacity, Tim led development of a multi-year business case to support foundational infrastructure upgrades to the utility’s communication systems. He also has deployed multiple MPLS-based communication networks and has significant project and program management experience across a variety of utilities.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the Utility Technologies Council (UTC).
