Jeremy Tancredi is a director specializing in engineered labor standards for West Monroe Partners’ Workforce Optimization solutions line. Jeremy has more than 16 years’ experience applying a combination of business acumen and technical industrial engineering discipline to deliver solutions for distribution, manufacturing, and retail operations, both in unionized and non-union environments.
Jeremy Tancredi works to streamline processes throughout his client’s supply chain. He increases business efficiency and productivity through methods engineering; including the creation and implementation of engineered labor standards. His responsibilities include creating a standardized methodology and approach across multiple sites, scheduling project teams in conjunction with multi-site rollouts, and performing quality assurance on all engineering deliverables to ensure consistency. In addition to these responsibilities, Jeremy represents clients in the event of labor union audits and serves as an expert witness in labor arbitration.
Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Jeremy was a member of the industrial engineering team for two FORTUNE® 50 companies. His responsibilities included creating operational improvement plans, daily forecasting models, and labor standards. He also served as an operations group leader in a large scale distribution environment with responsibility for managing daily operations, creating budget and staffing plans, and communicating production trends to regional operations analysts.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and is currently a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has served as a guest lecturer at The Ohio State University and has presented multiple times at the National IIE conference.
