Jim Tuohy advises technology companies on issues ranging from revenue growth strategy, post-sales operating model design, and account management. Jim recently supported the development of a post-sale operating model for a $2 billion enterprise software company looking to accelerate install base growth. His work included leading design and implementation of a new account management model.
Previously, Jim was a principal with Waterstone Management Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping technology companies and their investors capitalize on disruptive growth opportunities and drive outstanding performance in subscription, services, customer success, and cloud transformation.
Prior to working at Waterstone, Jim was a manager in PwC’s Strategy and Operations group, focused on organizational design, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy across a variety of industries. Jim spent a number of years serving as an officer in the US Army as both a captain and a lieutenant.
Jim earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
