Jordan is West Monroe’s Los Angeles office leader and a member of our Executive Team. One of the first two local employees in 2012, he has had a strong hand not only in building our Southern California team and client base, but also nurturing an award-winning culture. West Monroe has been named a Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” for the past seven years.
Today, Jordan leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 250—and growing rapidly—who come together every day to solve complex business problems and help clients become digital. The office enjoys strong relationships with financial services, healthcare and life sciences, energy and utilities, high-tech and software, and other industry leaders across Southern California and beyond.
Before being named the LA office leader in 2022, Jordan spent over three years in Chicago as head of the Midwest Financial Services practice. Throughout his tenure at West Monroe, he has worked with top national and regional banks and credit unions to embrace a digital mindset and realize the value of doing so. He has helped build many of our financial services industry capabilities, including serving as national leader for treasury management services.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
What makes Jordan different
He is not afraid to take a risk for the chance to build what matters. He and a colleague worked remotely for two years after joining West Monroe before formally opening the LA office—effectively creating it from the ground up.
Where Jordan makes an impact
Jordan’s favorite part of the job is coaching and developing people and seeing them grow. He believes that everyone, regardless of level or role, has a unique perspective to contribute, and he excels in bringing diverse perspectives together in teams that collaborate effectively, have fun, and deliver work with real impact.
