Mark Snyder works with clients to strategize and lead complex business transformational efforts, applying well-honed skills in business strategy development, process design and optimization, program oversight, organizational alignment, organization impact analysis, change management, and communications. He possesses comprehensive and progressive knowledge of processes and techniques required to calculate, measure, define accountability for, and achieve value.
Mark is a versatile professional with a track record of achievement within consulting, corporate and start-up enterprises. Over the course of his career, he has worked with organizations in the utility, healthcare, service, manufacturing and distribution, government, small business, and not-for-profit sectors. His experience includes leading both sides of the client/consultant relationship.
Mark joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 from The Revere Group/NTT DATA Americas, where he was a senior director. He guided clients’ transformation efforts, including incubating and launching a services business for a leading insurance company, orchestrating a two-year information technology roadmap, and developing a value realization model/metrics and change management plans. He began his career as a consultant with Accenture.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
