Kyle Sarausky is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Private Equity practice. He has more than nine years of management consulting experience, blending deep transaction and technology expertise to advise global clients and Fortune 500 companies across many industries.
A recognized expert in merger and acquisition transactions—including diligence, post-close integration, and carve outs—Kyle has supported more than 100 deals for leading private equity firms over the course of his career. His experience includes buy- and sell-side due diligence for acquisitions across many industries, including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, software/high technology, capital markets, and retail, as well as transactions in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Kyle combines strong business acumen with deep technology experience to assess target companies’ systems and technology platforms, capital and operating spend, projects, infrastructure, organization staffing, security, and risk-management capabilities. He also works with buyers to identify material acquisition risks and post-deal integration considerations as well as model separation and integration costs.
In addition to client service, Kyle is responsible for enhancing, maturing, and scaling due diligence capabilities across West Monroe Partners’ team of more than 50 consultants.
Kyle joined West Monroe Partners in 2014 from Ernst & Young, New York, where he was a manager in Transaction Advisory Services, responsible for conducting IT due diligence and supporting Dodd Frank regulatory-driven changes at multiple investment banks. He began his career as a management consultant specializing in IT strategy and transformation with Accenture in New York.
He serves on the advisory boards of a non-profit theater company in New York, a university business leadership program, and a digital advertising agency for which he played a critical development role. He also has provided advice for a variety of start-up businesses or enterprises in the early stages of development.
Kyle earned a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Seton Hall University. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
