Jake Sollberger is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Performance Service practice, where he specializes in Change Management, Demand Management, and Operations Management. He has more than 9 years of experience as a managed services, technology/business consulting, and management of IT teams ranging up to 75+ analysts, engineers, and architects.
Jake’s unique blend of skills and experience within Lean processing and process improvement, service and solution development, program management, and managed services across multiple industries and market demographics allows him to look at the ever change business drivers with a different perspective. He is able to provide solutions where others may only see barriers or challenges.Jake is currently responsible for multiple roles within the WMP Performance Service team. His responsibilities within leading Change Management entails full service lifecycle management of Change Management as a service (including: design, operations, and continual improvement). He also consults with clients to align existing change processes and develop/mature client specific standards. Within this role Jake advocates for the environmental health, security, and adoption of changes within WMP and client environments. In addition, Jake leads the team in Demand Management, where he ensures accurate resource forecasting to align project and operational staffing needs with workforce utilization. In this role, he ensure the team staffing levels and availability allow quicker turnaround of resourcing new projects and initiatives to dynamically adjust with the ever changing business needs.
