Gordana Radmilovic is a Senior Manager within the Technology practice of West Monroe Partners. With nearly eight years of experience across numerous industries, Gordana creates organizational value by delivering results with integrity. Gordana focuses on developing data-driven organizations that are able to use insights to make better business decisions. She is known for her expertise on large, complex engagements and in 2014, Gordana was named one of 12 “Women Leaders in Consulting” by Consulting Magazine, the Management Consulting industry’s leading publication.
Gordana has led several multi-year, multi-million dollar transformational engagements for clients across various industries, including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and private equity. From strategy setting, requirements gathering and design to development, test and implementation activities, Gordana has managed global teams comprised of cross-functional experts and is recognized for her outstanding ability to maximize a team’s productivity by leveraging each individual’s strengths to achieve the project’s objectives
Gordana specializes in business intelligence concepts, including analytics strategies, data governance frameworks, and reporting & data visualization. Examples include transforming the business intelligence landscape for a top insurance broker by developing an actionable analytics strategy, which placed data at the center of their business. Upon defining the strategy, Gordana led he implementation efforts to develop enhanced reporting solutions, ultimately unlocking additional revenue streams for the client.
As Gordana guides clients on a journey to establish data as an asset, she pays particular attention to aligning the organization’s values with their vision, which accelerates change adoption and ensures success. Specifically, Gordana’s proven people-centric approach to data governance integrates organizational change management principles to ensure the structure developed is influential and sustainable for the organization.
Gordana joined West Monroe Partners in 2011 from IBM Global Business Services, where she was focused on delivering strategy & transformation engagements to financial services clients.
Gordana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management with concentrations in International Business and Economics and Spanish from Purdue University.
