Angelie Ramos partners with clients to improve and optimize operational processes. She has a proven record of operational cost reduction by analyzing components that drive cost, designing efficient processes, and working with operations teams to implement sustainable plans and best practices that increase efficiency levels.
Angelie applies extensive retail operations knowledge to develop efficient processes for clients by documenting standard operating procedures, allocating tasks to appropriate roles, and quantifying labor required through the creation of engineered labor standards using MOST analysis. She has led the process documentation efforts for numerous projects, developed a standardized approach that enables retailers to efficiently develop and maintain procedures, and trained international workforce planning teams on best practices.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2012, Angelie worked for United Parcel Service (UPS), where she was an industrial engineering supervisor. She developed and implemented special operating plans for high priority customers; developed work measurements for multiple facilities; identified inefficiencies in operations; and collaborated with management to eliminate excess labor hours and reduce operating costs. She also forecasted staffing and equipment needs, using trend analysis to project growth rates in volume.
Angelie earned a degree with dual majors in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.
