Nate joined West Monroe from CAST Management Consultants, where he was a director specializing in organizational effectiveness. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College. He is a Certified Treasury Professional.

Nate’s diverse free time pursuits include cooking (he specializes in sous vide creations and outdoor grilling with his Big Green Egg), exploring the Pacific Northwest from his home base in Seattle, crabbing, clamming, cycling, and golf. He is married with two daughters.

Nate used West Monroe’s proprietary people analytics tools to identify over $10 million in cost savings for a mid-tier bank. He supported a merger of two top 10 banks as the program management office (PMO) tools lead and integration readiness project lead. He also led multiple finance optimization projects for U.S. affiliates of top 10 global life insurance firms.
