Creating business value through technology has been a hallmark of Dar’s career. He has delivered superior technology capabilities and driven 10% to 20% cost efficiencies for multiple global organizations. Most recently, he developed a technology roadmap for a large industrial distributor that identified $31 million in strategic value.
He has also stepped into interim IT leadership roles to jump-start strategic capabilities. As the interim CIO for a global investment management firm, he transformed a distressed IT function into a true business driver. His ability to articulate the value of complex technology strategies and his track record for generating tangible business results through digital innovation, revenue growth, cost savings, and capability expansion makes him a particularly effective advisor and partner to the C-suite.
Prior to joining West Monroe, he was a senior manager with Deloitte and leader of the Enterprise Architecture community of practice. He earned a PhD in management from Nirma University and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

An entrepreneur at heart, he leads the charge in building our CIO advisory and enterprise architecture capabilities and has collaborated with colleagues to create new offerings in areas such as IT cost reduction and digital maturity assessment. In his free time, Dar enjoys cooking, financial planning, and activities with his twins. He played cricket in college.
