Claire O’Neill acts in a number of advisory roles for her clients, including delivering financial and due diligence advisory services, developing new service offerings, performing business planning, and leading cross-functional work streams in executing initiatives.
Over the course of her career, Claire has worked with companies in a range of industries, most recently focusing on the software and services sectors. Representative examples of her deep industry experience include launching a new premium technology services business within a national cable company, managing a post-merger integration program with a focus on organizational restructuring, and transforming a customer support offering portfolio for an enterprise software company.
Previously, Claire was a principal with Waterstone Management Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping technology companies and their investors capitalize on disruptive growth opportunities and drive outstanding performance in subscription, services, customer success, and cloud transformation.
Prior to joining Waterstone, Claire spent more than four years at Chicago Partners (since acquired by Navigant Consulting), researching and providing analysis on intellectual property, antitrust, and valuation issues in support of expert witness testimony on economic damages. While at Chicago Partners, she provided economic consulting services to, among others, high-technology computer software, hardware, and medical device companies.
Claire earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College
