Mark Mazur is a senior manager with West Monroe Partners, responsible for managing the North American SAP implementation hub run in conjunction with the firm’s alliance partner, BearingPoint. Through more than 30 years of management consulting and manufacturing industry management experience, he has honed a distinctive blend of business and technology acumen and a strong track record for delivering technology-enabled business solutions.
Mark Mazur is an accomplished, versatile professional focused on enabling information technology-driven business transformation and operations improvement for clients ranging from middle market companies to FORTUNE 100 enterprises. As leader of the West Monroe Partners/BearingPoint North American SAP implementation hub, he oversees delivery of complex global SAP solutions, utilizing the best combination of business consulting and deep technology resources of both organizations to meet client goals. His SAP expertise encompasses all aspects of solution delivery, from design and planning to executive sponsorship and governance, process alignment, and change management.
In addition to SAP and other enterprise system implementation experience, Mark also has extensive knowledge of system development and integration as well as business intelligence. His consulting experience spans a broad range of industries, including the industrial products, consumer markets, medical devices, chemical, automotive, and financial services sectors. He also has deep manufacturing experience with executive leadership responsibilities in operations management, information systems development, supply chain management, manufacturing/industrial engineering, and sales administration management.
Mark’s experience includes a twenty year tenure with executive leadership roles as a consulting partner for KPMG LLP and a managing director for KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint. Mark’s other consulting experience includes Deloitte Consulting, where he was an engagement management director, and CSC (Computer Sciences, Inc.) where he was the managing director and leader of the Upper Midwest market consulting practice.
He began his career as an industrial engineer for Fiat-Allis Construction Equipment Inc. in Deerfield, Illinois, and later was a manager for Zenith Electronics Corporation and a vice president of manufacturing for Seatt Corporation.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Finance and a concentration in Accounting from the University of Chicago.
