David McGraw applies his experience – including deep understanding of data science, data engineering, and cloud architecture – to lead West Monroe’s Industry 4.0 initiative for the Consumer & Industrial Products practice nationally. In this capacity, he oversees strategy, development, deployment, and architecture for predictive maintenance, smart manufacturing, team member safety, and data risk exposure.
David is an accomplished solution architect and machine learning/artificial intelligence strategist who works with clients to design value creation roadmaps and complete their digital manufacturing transformation initiatives. His experience with industrial internet of things (IIoT) and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions helps companies reduce the cost of goods sold by reducing downtime, quality issues, energy consumption, and shop-floor safety incidences.
David also has extensive experience with predictive maintenance deployments and has led many initiatives related to Industry 4.0, including predictive quality, dynamic scheduling, digital supply chain, and integration of edge and cloud technologies.
