Chuck’s expertise encompasses sales effectiveness and revenue growth plans; marketing strategy, including market sizing and customer segmentation; customer service; and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. He has worked with numerous organizations in the financial services, insurance, risk management, and professional services sectors. He is a recognized leader and public speaker on customer experience and service solutions and strategies.
Chuck joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 through the acquisition of Etherios, a division of Digi International (DGII), a publicly traded company with more than 600 employees in locations across North America, Europe and Asia. As vice president of Etherios, his responsibilities spanned marketing, go-to-market solutions, and client management.
His prior experience includes leadership roles with consulting firms and Fortune 500 retail, financial services, and telecommunication companies.
Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
