Bart Mueller works with clients to create successful workforce optimization and performance management/improvement strategies that increase revenue, reduce costs, and promote business growth. He is a motivated and innovative sales executive and account manager with a wide range of experience collaborating with executive teams to dramatically increase the efficiency of their organizations.
Bart excels at listening first to clients’ concerns and challenges and then bringing together the proper strategic, tactical, and technical subject matter expertise to create effective solutions. He has extensive experience working with teams to develop and implement large-scale engineered labor standards programs and labor management systems.
Over the course of his career, Bart has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including wholesale distribution, retail and apparel, food and beverage, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and third-party logistics (3PL).
Bart joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 after serving in several sales and account executive roles focused on serving the supply chain, distribution, and logistics sectors. He began his career in distribution and logistics in 1995 with a leading manufacturer of loading-dock equipment.
