Leann Landry is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice, based in Dallas. She has more than a dozen years of business consulting and industry experience in system analysis and implementation, business process re-engineering, and project management.
Leann Landry specializes in delivering complex Salesforce.com solutions and roadmap strategies that transform business processes across sales, contact centers, marketing, and partner/customer collaboration.
Leann holds five active Salesforce.com certifications and is a recognized expert in Salesforce.com solution design, architecture, and implementation. She is deeply versed in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to post-deployment support. Leann is an accomplished project leader who promotes team collaboration to ensure tactical delivery of project requirements, design, scope, budget, and timeline in accordance with each client’s unique strategic goals.
Over the course of her career, Leann has applied Salesforce.com and other technology solutions for companies in an array of industries, including the high technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience includes serving as project lead and solution architect for companies launching complex Salesforce.com Sales and Service solutions in a single initiative, as well as for clients implementing Salesforce.com Partner or Customer Community solutions. She has also led projects to combine Salesforce.com solutions following a merger or acquisition.
Previously, Leann was a client service director with Etherios, a Salesforce.com Platinum partner acquired by West Monroe Partners in 2015. She led and managed global Salesforce.com implementation programs and guided delivery governance across projects. Leann’s earlier career roles included enterprise systems product manager with Susan G. Komen for the Cure and account executive with Aon. She began her career as a senior associate with KPMG.
Leann graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems.
