Tim has an exemplary track record for building executive relationships through his expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, channels sales, forecasting/sales and operations planning, ecommerce, and enterprise collaboration. To each client challenge, Tim brings a distinctive blend of business and technology experience in disciplines such as user experience/design; cloud services; customer experience; sales processes; salesforce automation; social business automation and collaboration platforms; product configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ); sales organizational development; customer relationships management (CRM) solutions; and social selling programs. He also has experience with a wide array of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics and .NET, event-based architectures, Java, open systems, and others.
Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Tim served as vice president of sales and marketing for several consulting firms, including 7Summits, EDL Consulting, The Revere Group, and WHITTMANHART. He was also vice president of sales at a software company, and he held a variety of leadership positions in field sales in the printing and publishing industry.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in English Literature from Northern Illinois University.
