Bryan Knops is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Financial Services practice. He has a decade of experience delivering large-scale, complex technology solutions, process improvements, and organizational change management for banks, credit unions, and capital markets firms.
Bryan Knops’ background encompasses a broad range of experience in the financial services industry including; project management, change management, technology integration, and cost reduction initiatives. He has over 10 years of industry experience and has been a key asset for large scale technology implementations and banking process optimizations with West Monroe since 2011.
Bryan's core skills lie in his ability to align the needs of financial institutions with innovative technology solutions. Bryan has successfully delivered numerous projects, some of which include; Salesforce Enterprise CRM, nCino Loan Origination System, and retail and commercial online banking platforms. He continues to bridge the gap between complex business problems and the utilization of banking technology for West Monroe’s middle market banking clients on the East Coast.
Bryan joined West Monroe Partners from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was an assistant vice president and change consultant supporting the mortgage back securities and collateralized debt obligations areas as they adopted new technology solutions to reduce and mitigate risks throughout the financial crisis. During his tenure, Bryan supported technology and integration initiatives related to the acquisition of LaSalle Bank and Merrill Lynch, and he spent nearly four years on post-integration technology transformation projects. While with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he trained in six sigma and lean to support the bank’s goal of reducing costs while maintaining quality.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Western Illinois University. He holds PMP and ACP Certifications, Six Sigma green belt, and is a certified Salesforce Platform App Builder.
