Maureen Jesuthasan is an experienced strategist and decision maker with proven capabilities for optimizing IT services while significantly reducing costs and delivering tangible business value. She works with C-level executives to define long-range plans for new and existing services, define business specifications for enhancements and fixes, develop IT policies and control procedures for business services, and ensure timely resolution of complex system problems – all key elements of the migration to intelligent grid infrastructures.
Maureen applies deep skills in business relationship management, ITSM strategic planning and execution, IT operations management, cost optimization, IT governance planning, and business continuity management to key utility initiatives such as developing strategic roadmaps for digital utility of the future in the areas of business capability mapping and relationship maturity. She serves as a primary interface between system owners, business groups, and vendors to design, implement, and support advanced technical solutions that address complex business requirements.
Maureen joined West Monroe in 2017 from Virtustream, a large enterprise-class cloud software and service provider for which she was a digital transformation process architect. She provided strategic thought leadership for the Business Relationship Management (BRM), ITIL, Lean IT, and Lean Six Sigma process frameworks – all areas in which she holds advanced certifications – for the purpose of helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals. Previously, she held several IT service and operations management and consulting roles.
Maureen was one of three finalists for the 2012 ITIL Practitioner of the Year award, sponsored by Pink Elephant. She has presented at industry conferences sponsored by the BRM Institute, itSFM USA and Pink Elephant.
Maureen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Psychology from Berry College. She also participated in the Advanced Strategy Program of the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
