He is an accomplished industry leader and consultant with more than 17 years of experience focused on delivering practical and innovative technology-enabled business solutions for numerous large business process, system implementation, and change management programs.
James John helps pharmaceutical and medical device companies apply smart approaches to solving complex challenges and bridge the business and technical worlds to address industry challenges using advanced analytics, customer experience, operations excellence, and mergers and acquisitions.
James is particularly effective in driving profitability by developing strategic, innovative solutions that grow revenue and define operational efficiencies that reduce overhead. He has significant experience in the areas of adverse event/product quality complaint reporting, medical information requests, and direct to healthcare professional and patient multi-channel marketing campaigns. His unique blend of consulting, solution definition and development, marketing and sales, and program management expertise, combined with his ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams, enables him to address challenges from many different perspectives and develop practical solutions.
James joined West Monroe Partners in 2013 from Fair Isaac Corporation’s (FICO) Marketing Solutions group, where he led several transformational direct marketing and predictive analytics projects for two of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and retail companies. He began his career with Deloitte Consulting.
James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing with emphasis in Information Technology from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
