As the Life Sciences industry leader, she helps clients navigate the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of the industry focusing on patient centricity, digitizing organizations, adopting advanced technologies, and enhancing supply chain resiliency. She helps guide clients through transformative shifts, including regulatory pressures, personalized medicine, emerging technologies, and increased patient involvement in care. She is also a leader in our Insurance practice.
A results-focused leader and skilled problem solver, Kristin has served more than 40 clients as an engagement lead – some of them among our largest, most complex projects. In her previous role at West Monroe, Kristin played a pivotal role in expanding dental and ancillary payer strategy within the Healthcare Payer practice. She led a five-year $100 million-plus business transformation program for the second largest U.S. dental benefits company in which 14 million members were migrated to a new claim platform. Business processes were standardized, enabling the client to realize more than 20% in operational savings.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2006, Kristin was a manager with Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt). She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
What makes Kristin different
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys raising her young son. She has, to her own surprise, come to love hockey and watching her son’s games.
