As one of our Healthcare-aligned Technology leaders, Probal works closely with our Healthcare & Life Sciences team at the intersection of business and technology. He works with medical device companies, healthcare payers, and healthcare provider systems to harness strategy, operations, and technology to advance business goals. Probal is energized to bring strategic planning, enterprise architecture and market-entry analysis to his clients and builds multi-disciplinary teams to help execute these efforts.
With more than 20 years of experience, Probal has spent much of his professional career advising senior executives on how to improve customer experience while optimizing costs. He helped a large regional healthcare company to drive enterprise-wide planning efforts that defined $200 million in strategic operations and technology spend by balancing costs, benefits, and risks.
Probal joined West Monroe in 2018 from PwC, where he was a senior director in the Health Industries Advisory practice. He has a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
