His experience spans many Fortune 500 companies and leading global enterprises in the consumer products, financial services, health care, automotive, retail, media and entertainment, and other sectors.
Nick joined West Monroe Partners in 2018 from PublicisSapient, a division of the Publicis Groupe dedicated to digital solutions, for which he was Managing Director of digital business transformation. He led a transformation team that acted as a catalyst for change by developing and enabling forward-looking, agile, customer-centric approaches and methodologies for an array of clients.
Previously, Nick spent 13 years as a senior partner and managing director at Vivaldi Partners, a customer-centric growth strategy and innovation consultancy. His earlier career experience includes strategic planning and product/brand management roles with The Coca-Cola Company and Johnson & Johnson.
Nick is an advisor to several early stage private companies and has authored several published articles and white papers in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Business Week.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Middlebury College.
