Mark Huson is a director with West Monroe Partners and co-leader of the Seattle office Mergers & Acquisition practice, with a primary focus on supporting Private Equity and other financial buyers throughout the West region.
Mark Huson is a proven practice leader and consultant, responsible for advancing West Monroe Partners’ merger and acquisition capabilities in the Pacific Northwest and for delivering services to financial and strategic buyers across the region. He offers a wealth of expertise in strategic and financial diligence, merger integration, and post-close business optimization for industry-leading clients in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
He also has a unique blend of functional experience that includes marketing, sales, finance, human resources, legal, and information technology operations across a wide range of industries, including technology, communications, banking, insurance, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, hospitality, mining, aerospace, and transportation.
Mark joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory LLP in Seattle. Prior to PwC, Mark was with Kaiser Associates in Washington, DC and Seattle, Booz & Co. in Washington, DC and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in San Francisco.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
