An experienced digital strategy, technology, and client services leader, Joshua drives enterprise transformation through the digital enablement, business process optimization and technology implementation.
Blending deep technology skills with a background in financial services operational, IT and regulatory compliance, Joshua help clients advance their digital strategy, identify opportunities for growth, formulate plans, implement new systems, analyze data and metrics, drive the execution of key objectives, develop products, and solve problems.
Joshua’s broad project portfolio includes developing digital strategy and roadmaps for mid-market banks, commercial lending and credit administration operating model assessments and implementation of enterprise-wide software applications for loan origination, credit decisioning, transaction monitoring and data and analytics.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Joshua was a director with CAST Management Consultants. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
