Brad Haller is a director in West Monroe Partners’ Mergers & Acquisitions practice, specializing in mid-market transactions. He has over 13 years of experience blending business consulting and technology expertise to support clients in a wide array of industries. He has extensive leadership experience in due diligence, post-close merger integration, and value capture.
Throughout his career, Brad Haller has managed diverse management consulting and technology projects, advising C-level executives and private equity investors with a variety of needs that include due diligence, post-merger integration, divesture analysis, cost-takeout opportunities, program management, process improvement, technology modernization, organizational transformation, target operating models, and governance model design.
Most recently, Brad served as the technology integration lead, guiding the merger of the two largest release-of-information providers in North America. He partnered with the chief technology officer to define the two-year integration plan, manage more than 200 technology professionals, and create the new organization’s software development lifecycle.
Altogether, Brad has advised buyers on more than 100 due diligence engagements, focusing on key risks, scalability, and synergy identification across strategy, people, processes, and technology. His experience spans many industries, with clients that include private equity firms, healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers, health plans and dental payers, consumer products companies, and utilities.
Prior to focusing on mergers and acquisitions, Brad led packaged software implementations—including enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and consolidation systems—for both mid-market and FORTUNE 500 companies.
Brad joined West Monroe Partners from Accenture, where he was a management consultant in the Finance & Performance Management practice. He led financial system implementations for FORTUNE 500 clients in the energy, financial services, consumer products, and other industries.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics, with Honors, and a Certificate in International Business from the University of Iowa.
