Tim is skilled at bringing clarity to ambiguous challenges and delivering results in complex environments. As a member of the Merger & Acquisitions practice, he delivers IT due diligence and post-merger integration solutions that address areas such as business operations and growth strategy, process optimization and continuous improvement, and IT strategy and roadmap development. He is an experienced leader of projects and people with large-scale project and program management experience.

Tim’s diverse industry experience spans the manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and life sciences, retail, property development, professional services, and other sectors.
Tim joined West Monroe Partners in 2017 from Digineer, where, as a management consultant, he delivered strategy, roadmap, and business architecture solutions to clients in the healthcare industry. Previously, Tim spent nearly 10 years in various strategy, IT, and business process optimization roles with Target Corporation.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
