He has extensive experience as a client partner, engagement manager, delivery leader, and as a solution architect on large global enterprise CRM implementations.
A certified Salesforce.com administrator, consultant, and developer, Chuck has extensive knowledge of cloud technology and deep expertise in Salesforce.com solutions and delivery across a variety of industries and capabilities. He applies this experience to guide clients and help them understand the benefits of moving to cloud solutions by working with them to develop practical goals, timelines, and application roadmaps that meet their business objectives.
Chuck joined West Monroe Partners in 2017 from Accenture, where he was a Director within the Cloud First Salesforce.com practice and was responsible for overseeing delivery of complex, multi-track, global, multi-vendor Salesforce.com and CRM solutions within North American financial services industry.
Previously, Chuck held several management roles, including Vice president of Delivery with Cloud Sherpas (which was acquired by Accenture in 2016). In this capacity, he provided project delivery oversight, resourcing, and sales support for all Salesforce.com projects across the Northeast region, working with clients in the financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, and high tech industries. He also was a Principal consultant with OKERE (which acquired by Fujitsu in 2010), as an early salesforce.com implementation partner, where he worked to implement salesforce.com within large, global financial services clients.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Chuck spent a decade in the financial services industry, including serving as Vice President of Investment Bank Technology and Operations for JP Morgan Chase.Chuck earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Marist College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from Fordham University.
