A leader within West Monroe’s Technology practice, he works with client executives to introduce data strategy, data governance, data quality, and master data management capabilities that optimize this vital enterprise asset. He also helps clients select appropriate tools and software and partner with vendors to achieve their goals.
Chris’s expertise spans all facets of data strategy and enterprise information management, including data governance, data quality/DQaaS, data warehousing, unstructured data, master data management, data analytics, big data, IT operations, ITIL, COBIT, and CMM/CMMI. He is also an adept program manager and leader who has directed numerous complex and global initiatives for organizations of all sizes.
His experience spans various industries, but he has spent most of his career working with companies in the financial services sector, including investment banking/derivatives and property and casualty insurance.
Chris joined West Monroe in 2018 from Capgemini, where he was a member of the Insights & Data practice, responsible for managing data governance, data quality and master data management programs. He has also worked as an independent executive consultant, leading programs in areas such as sentiment analysis, data warehousing, ITIL/COBIT process implementation, infrastructure and security architecture, and cryptography. Previously, he held a variety of IT management roles in the retail, e-commerce, energy and utilities, and technology industries.
Chris earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Statistics, as well as undergraduate degrees in Computer Information Systems and Pre-Law.
