Adam Gersting teams with clients to plan and implement solutions for customer engagement, sales, and process and operations improvement driven by data, analytics, IoT and broader technology platforms and solutions. He works with clients to increase performance through the management, monetization, and application of data leveraging today’s leading analytic capabilities. He also partners with clients to address security needs, software engineering solutions, and ongoing performance management services.
Previously, Adam was a partner with IBM Global Business Services and leader of the firm’s Business Analytics and Optimization practice for the utilities and telecommunications industries. He also spent nearly 15 years with Accenture, culminating in roles as partner and leader of the Information Management Services practice for the North American oil and gas, chemicals, and utilities industries.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He also completed executive education in economics at the Saïd School of University of Oxford and in business at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
