As chief marketing officer, Casey Foss oversees all external-facing marketing programs, including programs to build brand awareness, enter new markets, drive new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and attract top talent.
Casey spends time sensing the market, engaging analysts, and learning from best practices to identify and understand issues facing companies in an increasingly digital economy – such as cybersecurity, talent management, and productivity. Specifically, she partners across the firm to harness the best of West Monroe to create solutions that drive value for clients and ensure continual relevancy to an everchanging market.
A trusted adviser to and member of West Monroe’s Executive Team, Casey plays a key role in shaping firm strategy and aligning marketing programs, resources, and investments to support strategic growth goals. In addition, Casey works with the Executive Team and Board of Managers to assess and act on potential acquisitions, alliances, and new service offerings.
Casey leads the growing Marketing and Design teams and develops and directs execution of annual integrated marketing plans that produce double-digital annual revenue growth. Under her leadership, West Monroe has successfully paired the digital and direct marketing strategy with more traditional professional services marketing approaches to increase market awareness and presence and drive revenue. She also oversees the firm’s business development philosophy and CRM strategy, as well as account and relationship management initiatives.
Casey led creation and introduction of West Monroe’s brand identity across the company’s offices, promoting the firm’s “uncommon blend” of business acumen and deep technology expertise and its capabilities for enabling forward-looking business strategies through technology. Today, West Monroe enjoys an exemplary reputation in its key markets and has earned numerous accolades for its culture and workplace, expertise and thought leadership, social responsibility, and value as a service provider.
Casey joined West Monroe Partners from Discover Card, where she was a member of the Customer Contact Strategy team. Previously, she worked for the Chicago Tribune and Publicis Dialog, a Chicago-based public relations firm.
Casey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. Outside of her role at West Monroe, Casey is an active mother of two young children and a passionate supporter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, working to further research programs that inform pancreatic cancer treatments.
