Amy Fletcher is a senior director with West Monroe Partners and leader of the firm’s Seattle Customer Experience practice. She has nearly 20 years of global management and technology consulting experience across various industries.
Amy Fletcher helps organizations design and implement customer-centric solutions that enhance stakeholder experiences and enable business strategies. To each challenge, she brings an uncommon blend of business consulting and technology expertise that includes customer experience strategy, user experience/interface design, product/program management, business process improvement, and customer relationship management.
Amy is a skilled program leader with a strong track record for guiding cross-functional teams to deliver successful change. Her experience spans an array of initiatives, including designing and introducing customer loyalty programs, developing custom digital platforms for customers and partners, improving marketing effectiveness, and optimizing digital customer experience.
In addition to her practice leadership and consulting responsibilities, Amy is also a member of West Monroe’s Seattle office leadership team, which oversees delivery of the firm’s full range of services to clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Amy joined West Monroe in 2018 from Hitachi Consulting, where she was vice president and a member of the Digital Transformation leadership team. She built and led teams focused on digital customer experience and product/program management. She was also responsible for Hitachi’s Seattle Geography.
Earlier in her career, Amy held several consulting roles with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama and a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration degree from Georgia State University.
