Jefferey Esenberg is a creative leader with demonstrated ability for delivering quantifiable performance improvement and optimization within global organizations. Jeff has a unique blend of experience in solutions strategy and execution, value and opportunity assessment, benefits modeling and business case development, strategic planning, people and project management, and delivery management. He brings broad expertise to the supply chain planning process in areas such as business and system analytics, process analysis and improvement, organization design and change, and software selections and systems development lifecycles. He is also an accomplished leader, mentor, and facilitator who can help organizations achieve consensus on complex challenges.
Jeff joined West Monroe Partners from Logility, for which he was a senior solutions architect. He led development and delivery of strategic, operational, and technical solutions for an array of global clients. He also was responsible for expanding global services through the development of resource skill sets and new service offerings, such as a supply chain assessments and solution effectiveness reviews and transformation roadmaps.
Previously, he was a project manager with HAVI Global Solutions, specializing in global supply chain integration, and a solution architect with i2 Technologies. He also ran his own firm, Esenberg, Inc., for five years, providing supply chain advisory services to clients around the globe. Jeff began his career as a consultant in advanced planning and scheduling with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago. He holds a certificate in project management from DePaul University and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
