Dawes works with a variety of mid-market product manufacturers to design and implement transformative digital solutions to address both external and internal issues. He has a successful track record for using a business-focus approach to technology to drive operational excellence.
Through his experience working with product manufacturers, Dawes developed core skills and domain expertise in C&IP operations strategy and digital transformation strategy, planning, and execution. He is highly adept at delivering complex cross-functional programs that deliver impact inside and outside of a client’s 4-walls; leveraging competency in business architecture, business analysis, organizational change management, and program leadership to design and implement high-impact solutions.
In 2016, Consulting® magazine recognized Dawes as one its 30 “Rising Stars of the Profession,” an annual list of top consultants under the age of 35.
A year after starting with West Monroe, Dawes volunteered to help start the firm’s Minneapolis office. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in helping the office grow from three people to more than 50 people today, while maintaining the firm’s distinctive people-centric culture. Dawes also serves as the lead trainer for several of the firm’s foundational training courses for campus hires and young consultants.
Dawes earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
