Tom Collins

Tom is an innovative and creative leader with significant experience in creating impactful, data-driven solutions that drive growth. He recently led the redesign of a commercial banking operating model at a top-10 U.S. bank that improved sales effectiveness and client engagement. The results? End-to-end credit cycle time reductions of 55%, middle and back office expense reductions of 18%, fee income improvements of 17% and Relationship Manager revenue lift of over 35%.

A true team player, Tom works closely with his national financial services team members to collaborate and develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that help clients solve their most complex and challenging issues and realize breakthrough results that are sustained over time.

Tom joined West Monroe as part of the firm’s acquisition of CAST Management Consultants, a boutique financial services consultancy serving the top 50 banks and insurance companies for which he was the President and CEO. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

What makes Tom different

Tom has experience in both commercial and consumer banking, meaning his clients get the benefit of a range of perspectives. He and his wife live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Together, they raised a daughter, a son, and a Schnoodle named Roscoe. A lover of travel and food, Tom lived in Japan for two years and visits his favorite destination, Italy, as often as he can.

Where Tom makes an impact

Tom is on the board of directors for the Pediatric Therapy Network in Torrance, California, which helps children with special needs and medical conditions by providing therapies to give them a more independent and fulfilling life.
