Tim Crickenberger is a highly experienced corporate operations professional and a trusted advisor to clients at all stages of a transaction, from deal strategy, negotiations, and due diligence to post close execution and value realization. He has guided more than 20 complex, fast-paced merger and acquisition projects requiring data-driven decision making, effective execution, and stakeholder collaboration. For example, he led the cross-functional project management team for a $4.6 billion merger involving operations in 36 countries; led the finance execution team for a $7.6 billion merger involving 70 subsidiaries; and led end-to-end IT system cutover for a $2 billion merger. His teams have delivered results that range from millions of dollars in perpetual OPEX savings to improved EBITDA through headcount rationalization, system consolidation, and manufacturing redesign.
While Tim has worked with organizations in various industries throughout his career, his focus has been on technology hardware and software.
Tim joined West Monroe in 2018 from Ernst & Young, where he was a senior manager in Merger & Acquisitions Operations.
Earlier in his career, Tim was a senior financial analyst with United Airlines, where he played a key role in delivering cost and synergy benefits associated with the $3 billion Continental Airlines merger. He was also a senior consultant with Accenture, specializing in change management for large technology infrastructure projects, and a performance analysis and metrics lead for privately held consulting company.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration degree of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
